Request Support Guidelines
Option 1: Submit Trouble Ticket
Response hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week
When contacting Host/Atomic regarding any issues involving your account, our network or our services your first method of contact should always be submitting a Trouble Ticket vie the form on the left.
Trouble Tickets submitted via our website are flagged as priority items and are logged by our staff as they are received. This allows us to serve our customers more efficiently and aids in tracking the issue to its resolution.
Option 2: Phone Support Desk
In the rare event that our email system is temporarily out of service you may contact our Support Desk by phone to report your issue. If your support request is critical (your website is down, email is not functioning properly) then you may also opt to phone our Support Desk but always ensure that you submit a Trouble Ticket first.
In the event that our lines are busy or we are assisting other customers, please try calling again or if you are prompted to do so, please leave a message and one of our representatives will contact you A.S.A.P..
