- 1.1. Does Host/Atomic offer dial up accounts?
- No. Host/Atomic is a hosting company and as such our key focus lies in hosting your website and delivering the highest level of service to our clients. To access the Internet you will need the services of an Internet Service Provide (ISP).

- 1.2. Does Host/Atomic offer support for ASP.NET or Cold Fusion MX?
- Host/Atomic supports both ASP and ASP.net on our Windows2003 host plans. We do not currently support Cold Fusion or Cold Fusion MX.

- 1.3. Does Host/Atomic Support FrontPage?
- Yes. Our Windows2003 host plans support FrontPage 2003 Extensions and can be setup via your H-Sphere Host Control Panel in approximately 3 minutes.

- 1.4. Will my account come with detailed visitor stats?
- Yes. Host/Atomic plans include two visitor statistic packages - Webalizer and AWstats. The more robust Urchin 4 Web Stats can also be added for an additional cost.

- Yes. Password protected directories can be set up via your control panel.

- 1.10. Does Host/Atomic offer an "unlimited resource" plan?
- No. Although we are aware that some host companies are offering "unlimited bandwidth" and "unlimited web space" we do not feel that our customers would be best served by us offering such unrealistic terms. For more on this topic please see The Truth About Web Hosting.

- 1.11. How do I know which plan is right for me?
- All host plan details can be found in the Host Plans section of our website. If you require assistance evaluating your hosting requirements you can contact one of our friendly sales consultants at 519-524-9302 or 1-877-286-6426 between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. - 1.12. How long does it take to set up a Host/Atomic host account?
- Regular set-up times generally span a few minutes to a few hours during high volume days. We try our best to have all accounts set up on the same day they are registered with the occassional possibility of a next-day set up depending upon time of registration. Accounts paid by cheque, PayPal or Email Money Transfers may cause additional delays.

- 1.13. Can I upgrade to a different service plan in the future?
- Yes. If you discover you require a more extensive plan after you have signed up, you may upgrade your plan or even add additional services, paying only the balance of fees associated with your new level of service. You may also downgrade to a lower plan upon your renewal date if you notify us prior to the renewal taking place.

- 1.14. Can Host/Atomic assist me in transfering my web site from another web host company?
- Yes. Host/Atomic can submit the transfer changes with the domain name registrar without additional charges. We may require a password for your domain name to make the changes or we can assist you in doing it yourself.

- 1.15. Does Host/Atomic give any guarantees?
- Yes. Host/Atomic gives all new account holders a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. Click here for details.

- 1.16. Does Host/Atomic offer assistance with learning HTML or web design?
- No. Host/Atomic offers web design and development services through our parent company Atomic North New Media. We do not provide hosting-related technical support for scripts, design, development, database or other related issues. - 1.17. Does Host/Atomic support domain pointers?
- Yes. The actual number of domain pointers allowed depends on the account purchased.

- 1.18. Does Host/Atomic support sub-domains?
- Yes. An example of a sub-domain would be support.yourdomain.com.

- 1.19. Does Host/Atomic limit email storage per email address?
- No. All Host/Atomic host plans are based on a SUMMARY DISK USEAGE total. All email accounts are defaulted to 20MB per email box but this number can be changed at any time from within your control panel (up to the maxim summary disk usage total for your account).

- 1.20. Does Host/Atomic allow adult web sites?
- No. Adult web sites are strictly against our Terms and Conditions of Service. Any web sites found to be in violation of our TCOS will be shut down without a refund.

- No. Spamming is strictly against our Terms and Conditions of Service. Any web sites found to be in violation of our TCOS will be shut down without a refund.

2. Pricing/Billing
- 2.1. What methods of payment does Host/Atomic accept?
Host/Atomic offers the following payment options:
- PayPal (Visa/ Mastercard / Amex / Bank Debit/ Cheque)
When your web host account shows a negative balance amount owing, you will be automatically emailed a notification that you need to pay for services rendered or to renew your web host account. From within your host control panel you can pay money on your account at anytime via PayPal. To do so, log in to your host panel, mouse over "Billing" on the top. Then click "Billing Profile" and scroll down the page to the bottom where you will find the pay by PayPal feature. Please note: You do not have to be a PayPal member to pay by paypal for purchases under $1000.00.
- Business Cheques / Personal Cheques / Money Orders:
When paying by cheque or money order be sure to notify us by email that your payment is in the mail. Please pay promptly as overdue accounts are subject to our billing policy rules. Host/Atomic charges a $35.00 fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that issue an NSF check will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order after one NSF chargeback.

- 2.2. Is there a cost for pointing a domain to Host/Atomic's Name Servers?
- No. Host/Atomic does not charge to have a domain pointed to our servers and can assist you free of charge to do so. You may be required to share the log in information for your domain name registrar account if you request Host/Atomic to make changes on your behalf.

- 3.3. What is shared hosting? Does each account have it's own dedicated IP address?
- Shared hosting accounts do not receive their own unique IP by default. Dedicated IPs can be obtained for an additional monthly fee of $4.00 per IP.

- 3.4. What operating systems are available on Host/Atomic's servers?
- Host/Atomic offers RedHat Linux and Windows 2003 server platforms.

- 3.5. Is php Safe Mode enabled?
- No. Safe Mode is off on all Host/Atomic servers.

- 4.1. What are your hours?
- Our phone response hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

- 4.2. How does your customer support work?
- Host/Atomic's first level of support is the reference material found on our support website (the one you are currently on). If you are unable to locate the solution to your problem within our extensive document library we encourage you to contact us by following the recommended contact procedures found on our Request Support page.
